Top 3 Projects to Use a Paint Sprayer on for Residential Homes
Not everyone has a paint sprayer laying around the garage, so sometimes you will need to hire a professional painter for the jobs that require a little more than a brush and roller. The photo to the right is my Titan 440 airless paint sprayer that, as you can see, has been used a few times. 😉
There are so many good uses for a paint sprayer around the house and property, but here are my top 3:
Fences
Depending on the type of fence, it will most likely have cracks and crevasses (lots of them) that will be a pain in the buttocks to paint with a brush or roller. Take a look at some of these fence styles and tell me if it looks like a fun time.
Vinyl Siding, Aluminum Siding, Cedar Shake Siding.....really, any siding!!
Painting siding is usually a big project and big projects require time saving equipment. A professional grade airless paint sprayer will do exactly that, and in the right hands, will yield excellent results. Spraying outside must be done with caution since overspray can travel a long distance with a combination of the right amount of wind and an inexperienced human not paying attention. Timing and awareness along with masking and protecting is all a part of the process.
Deck Spindles and Lattice
While your at it, you might as well do the entire deck but I only put spindles and lattice because these are the most difficult and time consuming components of a deck to paint or stain. I have a few deck jobs in my gallery that you can view here.
